I am a retired elementary school teacher. As a seasoned professional with over thirty-five years as an educator, and a Master’s Degree as a Reading Specialist, I am confident that my skills and experience qualify me to work with your child. My experience as an academic coach at Monroe Community College has helped me to hone my skills with an older population. My enthusiasm and commitment to teaching has not diminished and I am excited to continue to utilize my skills to assist students of all ages, kindergarten through high school. My unique talents provide me with the ability to work with a diverse population making me an excellent candidate to work with all students. My husband and I have three grown sons and a teenage daughter. Our family enjoys traveling, sports, going to the beach and playing board games. My hobbies include reading, drawing and walking.
